Bartex™ Cotton- absorbent entrance mat

Bartex Cotton mats have a non-slip rubber base and highly absorbent cotton pile designed to capture dust, dirt and moisture at your door, thus providing a safe entry zone.

• 100% cotton fibers offer excellent water and dirt absorption.
• The cotton carpet with a weight of 930 gr/m² is ideal for preventing unwanted dirt and moisture from entering the premises
• 100% EXS nitrile rubber backing prevents creasing and cracking in all weather conditions.
• Please note that the size of the mat has a +-2% tolerance in size, as the rubber contracts and expands

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS:

Packaging mats can be cleaned in several different ways.

• Industrial washing (see Washing Instructions)
• Regular vacuuming: daily in high-traffic areas, weekly in lower-traffic applications
• After cleaning, lay flat and dry
• Mats should always be dry before being put back into service and cooled before being rolled up.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

• If you want to industrially wash the Bartex™ Cotton mats, follow the instructions below.

1. Rinse, 2-3 min. at the middle water level with a maximum temperature of 49°C
2. Rinse (optional), 2-3 min. at the middle water level with a maximum temperature of 27 °C
3. Break, 5-10 min. on a high water level with a maximum temperature of 49 °C
4. Rinse, 2 min. on high water level with low temperature
5. Rinse, 2 min. on high water level with low temperature
6. Extraction at low speed, 1-2 min.
7. Shaking with drum rotation, 1 min.
8. Extract, maximum 250G, 3-5 min.
9. Szšenie (optional), 15-30 min. with a maximum bin temperature of 82 °C
10. Cooling 5 min.

Other recommendations:

• All solution-dyed Bartex™ Cotton mats can be washed together.

• For heavily soiled mats, increase the temperature up to max. 60 °C

• The break should not exceed pH 9.5; use non-ionic detergents with a low pH

• To prevent pilling on other mats, cotton mats should not be washed with mats made of nylon or other synthetic carpet yarns.

• Do not cross the mats; The temperature in the dryer basket should not exceed 82 °C.

• Make sure the cotton pads are thoroughly dried to prevent mold growth in the cotton yarn.

• After removing from the washing machine, lay the mats flat; let the mats cool down before rolling them up.
