• during production, it is necessary to observe min. the width of the lines is 3-5 mm so that the text and graphics are not lost in the pile of the mat/carpet, you need to pay attention to this with the text, the smallest possible letter that will be legible is 2.5x2.5 cm. If there is a lot of text on the carpet, it is necessary to choose the quality with low pile - GD300 Pormo and adapt the text
• if a dark background is used and text and graphics are kept  white, there are requirements for min. widths are even larger, since the base material  is white, it is suppressed over the entire surface and length of the hair, if no color is used, as in the case of white, the background color spreads more in places where no shade is used

 Pfor bulk orders, we recommend having a print sample - 1 piece - made so that in case the text is illegible, modify the graphics before final production.

DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE:

• dimensions tolerance +-3%, for this reason production to 1 cm exactly is not possible
• if the carpet will be placed in a cut-out in the floor or from wall to wall, it is necessary to make a carpet/mat 5% larger and adapt it to the space on the spot
• the material is cut hair, which is embedded in the base rubber after cutting  with  not steam
• the cut can be made with a sharp   -carpet knife

The main criterion for choosing a suitable material is the height and density of the hair, the thicker and higher the hair -  the better the material

• small load  3-4 mm hair - short-term use, presentation purposes, for houses and apartments
• medium load 5-6 mm hair -  frequented  entrances, business premises, exhibition purposes, long-term presentation purposes
• high load - 7-11 mm  highly frequented business premises, load and high load materials
