What size can I order?

The mats are made in standard sizes as well as in custom sizes.

MOST COMMONLY USED STANDARD DIMENSIONS

 60cm; 75 cm; 85cm; 115 cm; 150cm; 200 cm; - you can combine these with each other, or choose any length for them

• minimum width of the mat:  40 cm
• standard width max.:  200 cm
• max. length of standard mats:  7 m
• superstandard maximum dimensions of mats with a rubber edge: 240x550 cm or 200x1000 cm

Placing freely on the floor:

• the total size includes the rubber edge, the standard size without the rubber edge is 3-4 cm smaller
• we recommend leaving the rubber edges, as they form a safe stepping zone, the material adheres better to the floor and has a longer life.
• I would like to draw your attention to the fact that the mats have a dimensional tolerance of +-2-3% given by production, for this reason it is not possible  production to 1 cm exactly

Placing in a cutout in the floor or from wall to wall

• if the mat is planned for placing in a cutout in the floor, or from wall to wall, also if it will  anchored by floor slats, it is necessary to choose a dimension +-5% larger in order to be able to precisely adjust the mat as needed on site

What colors can I choose?

The mats are produced according to standard color palettes, as well as in photographic quality.

The choice of standard colors can be found in individual products.

When creating graphics, it is necessary to maintain a sufficient color contrast between the individual shades so that the patterns, texts or logo are not lost in the pile of the mat.

How do I create a doormat design?

picture  or an idea, we will be happy to develop a graphic design for you.

• the developed graphic design will be sent to you for review and approval
• mats are put into production only after your final approval

How are mats made?

The mats are made from the basics, from tufting the basic pile to applying the rubber base.

• the basic color of the pile of mats is white
• the hair is then suppressed over its entire length according to a graphically developed design
• in the final stage of production, the colors are fixed, which guarantees 100% color constancy
• for mats finished with a rubber edge, in the last stage of production  at high temperatures, another layer is applied  of the underlying rubber, which forms a 1-2.5 cm rubber edge
