Should I place an order through the e-shop, when should I send an e-mail?

If you have chosen a product or several products that you like, order through the e-shop in the classic way.

Ordering through the e-shop is faster and also offers advantages, such as card payment, which significantly speeds up the order processing and production process.

If you cannot decide, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise you on the right choice and answer all your questions.

Personalized Product Order Processing

Processing your order

We process every order during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed in the following  working days.

Processing your order means

-adding your data to personalized carpets, mats -  creating a preview, or making graphic adjustments to your satisfaction

  • send a graphic preview for your review and comment
  • after approving the graphics, we place the order in  production
  • after approval of the graphic design  free order cancellation
  • is no longer possible
  • manufactured carpet, mat is sent by courier to the delivery address you entered
