Should I place an order through the e-shop, when should I send an e-mail?
If you have chosen a product or several products that you like, order through the e-shop in the classic way.
Ordering through the e-shop is faster and also offers advantages, such as card payment, which significantly speeds up the order processing and production process.
If you cannot decide, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to advise you on the right choice and answer all your questions.

Personalized Product Order Processing
Processing your order
We process every order during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed in the following working days.
Processing your order means
-adding your data to personalized carpets, mats - creating a preview, or making graphic adjustments to your satisfaction
- send a graphic preview for your review and comment
- after approving the graphics, we place the order in production
- after approval of the graphic design free order cancellation is no longer possible
- manufactured carpet, mat is sent by courier to the delivery address you entered
What delivery options do I have?
Transport conditions
- orders are sent by courier or with transport by the company
- shipment is to the delivery address you specified
- personal collection is not possible
The price for delivery by courier service is generally:
- small package €9.00
- large package EUR 12.00
- more than 15 kg according to the valid price list of the transport company, the price for transport can be found in the shopping basket, or it is possible to inquire about the price of transport in advance
Some products, such as large-area carpets or bulk orders, have higher shipping costs, which are specified for each product separately.
Shipping costs for oversized shipment - length over 180 cm or pallet transportation - we always leave price with transport companies and here the most advantageous we choose.
What are the cancellation fees
- CANCEL fee - of a personalized product for which a graphic design was created and sent, which was already after your approval included in production and subsequently an invoice was also issued and sent to your e-mail address   ;for the order - is 50% of the purchase price
- Cancellation of the order of a personalized product and a product that is made to order can be canceled for max. within 24 hours. from approval and approval of the graphic design and inclusion of the order in production, either in writing or by telephone
