Areas of Use
Cotton mats are perfect for all areas of the house with high moisture and dirt, such as entrances, terrace, balcony and back doors, as well as bathrooms. In vehicle trunks and garages, they reliably trap moisture (e.g., after dog walks). Under strong, direct sunlight, the colors may fade over time due to cotton's moderate light fastness. This does not affect their ability to effectively absorb moisture and dirt. For longer color retention, place your mat away from direct sunlight.
Care Instructions:
- Machine washable up to 30°C
- During the first 3 washes, significant lint may occur due to cotton fibers. This is normal for cotton mats and doesn't affect performance! Linting reduces significantly after the first three washes. Remember to clean your washing machine's lint filter after washing
- Please wash before first use for optimal performance
- Do not use fabric softener
- Can be spun at high speeds
- Air dry flat and never place on a damp floor
- Regular maintenance preserves optimal absorbency
Ensure the mat always lies on a clean, dry, solid surface for optimal slip resistance. Regular washing (about 3-4 times per year) maintains backing adhesion and reduces the risk of black residue in your appliances. Also ensure the mat lies flat and is kept away from open flames.
