Wool rugs are made from 100% high-quality sheep's wool from New Zealand.

The design of the carpets is created by your own imagination, the carpet  it can be produced in any color combination with text, logo as well as according to a photo or graphic to order.

How to enter the correct size of a piece carpet or runner?
• if you need, for example, a custom-made carpet measuring 400x1000 cm - this carpet will be made from 4 m wide and 1000 cm long - enter quantity 40 m²

• if you need, for example, a carpet measuring 700x350 cm, the carpet will be made from the entire 4 m width  4 x 7 m  - enter the quantity 28 m² - 50 cm will either be cut with us, or it is possible to  cut off  on the spot directly when laying the carpet

• if you need a runner with your own print measuring 375 cm x 19 m, the carpet will be made from the entire 4 m width times 19 m length - enter the amount of 76 m², we will adapt the width of the carpet to your desired width.

PROCEDURE for processing your order

We process every order on weekdays from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed on the next business day

Processing your order means

• creating a graphic design according to your wishes
• possible subsequent execution of other necessary graphic adjustments to your satisfaction
• sending the graphic design for your final review and approval
• after the approval of the graphics, we place the order into production

• manufactured carpet, mat is sent by courier to the delivery address you entered

MANUFACTURING OPTIONS:

• standard 4 width and any length up to 25 m
• 4 m width from which any dimensions can be made as needed
• the carpet that you want to place in the entire room is made from several pieces of 4 m width that are supported by classic laying - this kind of carpet cannot be ordered through the e-shop - contact us, we will be happy to advise you.

• production of special shape possible
• production with rounded corners
• sharp internal angles are not possible
• cutouts in the center of the carpet are not possible
• when finished with hemming, the design of the carpet must be placed 1 cm from the edge of the carpet

GRAPHIC BACKGROUNDS:

• image .tiff or .png, .jpg in the highest possible resolution
• during production, it is necessary to observe min. the width of the lines is 7-8 mm, so that the text and graphics are not lost in the pile of the carpet, you need to pay attention to this with the text, the smallest possible letter that will be readable is 2.5x2.5 cm. If there is a lot of text on the carpet, it is necessary to choose a quality with a low pile and adjust the text
• if a dark background is used and text and graphics are left white, the requirements are min. widths are even larger, since the basic material is white, it is suppressed over the entire surface and length of the hair, if no color is used, as in the case of white, the background color spreads more in places where no shade is used
