Processing Your Order

We process every order during working days from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Orders received during weekends and holidays will be processed in the following  working day.

Processing your order means

• advice, consultation 
• creation of a graphic design according to your ideas and supplied materials
• possible subsequent execution of other necessary graphic adjustments to your satisfaction
• sending the graphic design for your final review and approval
• after approving the graphics, we place the order in  production

• manufactured carpet, mat is sent by courier to the delivery address you entered

MANUFACTURING OPTIONS:

• standard 2  width and any length up to 25 m
• 2 m width from which any dimensions, shapes can be made  as needed
• custom dimensions
• production of a special shape
• production with rounded corners
• sharp internal angles are not possible
• cutouts in the center of the carpet  are not possible
• when finished with hemming, the design of the carpet must be placed 1 cm from the edge of the carpet
• min. consumption is 2 m2

GRAPHIC BACKGROUNDS:

• image .tiff or .png, .jpg in the highest possible resolution
• during production, it is necessary to observe min. line width 3-5 mm, so that the text and graphics are not lost in the pile of the mat/carpet, you need to pay attention to this with the text, the smallest possible letter that will be legible is 2.5x2.5 cm. If there is a lot of text on the carpet, it is necessary to choose a simple font and the quality of the material with a low pile,  and text fit
• if a dark background is used and text and graphics are kept  white, there are requirements for min. widths are even larger, since the base material  is white, it is suppressed over the entire area and length of the hair, if no color is used, as in the case of white, the background color spreads more in places where no shade is used

DIMENSIONAL TOLERANCE:

• dimensions tolerance +-3%, for this reason production to 1 cm exactly is not possible
• if the carpet will be placed in a cut-out in the floor or from wall to wall, it is necessary to make a carpet/mat 5% larger and adapt it to the space on the spot
• the material is cut hair, which is embedded in the backing rubber, it does not steam after cutting
• the cut can be made with a sharp   -carpet knife
